Ogłoszenie o zamiarze przeprowadzenia postępowania na udzielenie zamówienia w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego. Na podstawie art. 23 ust. 1 pkt 1 Ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (t.j. Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 2778), zwaną dalej „ ustawą uptz”, ogłasza się zamiar przeprowadzenia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia w trybie, o którym mowa w art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 1 Ustawy uptz lub bezpośredniego zawarcia umowy, o którym mowa w art. 22 ust. 1 pkt 1 w związku z art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 3 Ustawy uptz.
