1) Przedmiotem umowy jest odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów z terenu Gminy Stargard w 2027 roku. 2) Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 4 części: a) CZĘŚĆ I – odpady komunalne sektor I, b) CZĘŚĆ II – odpady komunalne sektor II, c) CZĘŚĆ III – odpady komunalne z gminnych obiektów użyteczności publicznej, d) Część IV- odbiór, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK).
