Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na sukcesywnym odbiorze oraz przetworzeniu odpadów (odzysk i/lub unieszkodliwianie) o kodzie 19 12 12 – inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11 pochodzących z Zakładu Utylizacji Odpadów Komunalnych „Stary Las” Sp. z o. o, odpad zbelowany i odpad luzem. Zamawiający nie określa sposobu odzysku i/lub unieszkodliwiania odpadów. Do Wykonawcy należy określenie procesu w jakim zostanie on zagospodarowany, wyłączając proces D5.
