Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi odbioru i przekazania odpadów komunalnych pochodzących od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz nieruchomości o charakterze mieszanym tj. takich, które w części stanowią nieruchomość na której zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a w części nieruchomość na której nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy a powstają odpady komunalne, położonych na terenie miasta Szczecinek.
