Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na odbiorze odpadów komunalnych: niesegregowane (zmieszane) odpady komunalne, papier, metale, tworzywa sztuczne, szkło, odpady opakowaniowe wielomateriałowe oraz bioodpady oraz gabarytowych z terenu Gminy Margonin. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do Zaproszenia. Projektowane postanowienia, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści zawieranej umowy zawiera załącznik nr 3 do zaproszenia
