Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Miasta Helu. Realizacja przedmiotu umowy ma być realizowana zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1469) uchwałą Sejmiku Województwa Pomorskiego w sprawie uchwalenia Planu Gospodarki Odpadami Województwa Pomorskiego 2022, uchwałą Rady Miasta Helu w sprawie „Regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Miasta Helu”. Liczba osób zamieszkałych na terenie miasta Helu wynosi 2865 (dane z ewidencji na dzień 31.12.2022 r.). Powierzchnia terenów zabudowanych i zurbanizowanych miasta Hel wynosi: 16 ha.
