Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja usługi w zakresie: 1) odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz z nieruchomości niezamieszkałych, na których znajduje się domek letniskowy, lub innej nieruchomości wykorzystywanej na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe na terenie Gminy Ozorków oraz z nieruchomości, na których prowadzona jest działalność oświatowo-wychowawcza, kulturalna, sportowa, w zakresie ochrony zdrowia i ppoż., 2) wyposażenie, odbiór (transport) i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z gminnego Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Modlnej.
