Przedmiotowe postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego – dalej zwane „postępowaniem” prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, zgodnie z art. 132 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych (t. j.
