Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie Gminy Łubniany oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w Masowie. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera OPZ stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz projekt umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 10 do SWZ.
