Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na: a) odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu całej masy odpadów komunalnych zebranych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Gromnik z sołectw: Brzozowa, Chojnik, Golanka, Gromnik, Polichty, Rzepiennik Marciszewski, oraz Siemiechów, b) utworzeniu, organizacji i prowadzeniu Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych.
