Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny odbiór lub/i odbiór i zagospodarowanie przez Wykonawcę, odpadów w postaci frakcji o kodzie 19 12 12 luzem i / lub w balotach powstałej w wyniku sortowania zmieszanych odpadów komunalnych oraz zmieszanych odpadów opakowaniowych w sortowni Zamawiającego lub, w przypadku jej przestoju, w procesie uproszczonym polegającym na przesiewaniu zmieszanych odpadów komunalnych na sicie mobilnym z podziałem na następujące zadania: a) zadanie nr 1 – 19 500 Mg odpad luzem lub 19 500 Mg odpad w balotach b) zadanie nr 2 - 15 000 Mg odpad luzem lub 15 000 Mg odpad w balotach c) zadanie nr 3 - 10 000 Mg odpad luzem lub 10 000 Mg odpad w balotach
