1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych oraz selektywnie zebranych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkanych na terenie Gminy Śliwice oraz z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku Nr 9 do SWZ.

- Price — A. Kryterium ceny – maksymalna liczba punktów 60 - zastosowanie będzie miał następujący wzór, wykorzystywany przy ocenie oferty: A = Najniższa cena ofertowa /Cena obliczanej oferty x 100 x 60%
