Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Sadkowice, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu odpadów komunalnych oraz ograniczenia masy odpadów komunalnych przeznaczonych do składowania, zgodnie z obowiązującymi w trakcie realizacji umowy przepisami prawa z zastrzeżeniem, że Wykonawcę obciąża ryzyko zmiany prawa w tym zakresie.
