Description
Het uitgangspunt van de opdracht is het aanbieden van een gevarieerde, evenwichtige en gezonde maaltijd in een sociale omgeving. Concreet omvat dit het leveren van warme maaltijden, bestaande uit soep of voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht en dessert voor het seniorenrestaurant en voor het buurtrestaurant en dit voor een periode van 12 maanden die daarna 3 keer stilzwijgend verlengd wordt met telkens 12 maanden.
