Předmět plnění této veřejné zakázky spočívá v realizaci díla: „Ochranný přístav Nymburk - stání pro sportovní plavidla - zhotovitel stavby“ v rozsahu vymezeném projektovou dokumentací a smlouvami (dále také jen „dílo“), přičemž část plnění (Plovoucí molo), zadávaná formou Design & Build, bude dodavatel povinen plnit tak, aby splnil požadavky zadavatele dle přílohy s názvem Požadavky objednatele, která tvoří část přílohy č. 8 této zadávací dokumentace.
