Gegenstand des vorliegenden Verfahrens ist die europaweite Vergabe von Objektplanungsleistungen im Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß HOAI 2021, Teil 3, Abschnitt 1, §§ 33 ff im Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb für den Neubau (als Anbau) der Fahrzeughalle und die Umstrukturierung des Feuerwehrhauses im Stadtteil Bietigheim.
