Description

Das LMU Klinikum wird am Campus Innenstadt in den Gebäuden der ehem. Chirurgischen Klinik in der Nußbaumstraße 20 die Dermatologie verorten. In einer ersten Teilbaumaßnahme werden die Altbauten (teil)saniert, um bereits den Betrieb der Dermatologie aufnehmen zu können. Es werden weitere Baumaßnahmen folgen (Sanierung Bettenhaus, Laborneubau), diese sind jedoch noch nicht Bestandteil dieser Maßnahme. Das Raumprogramm umfasst rund 7.200 m² NUF verteilt auf 5 Stockwerke.
