Description
Objektplanungsleistungen der Leistungsbilder Gebäude und Innenräume sowie Freianlagen, gem. §§ 34 i.V.m. Anlage 10, § 39 i.V.m. Anlage 11 HOAI 2021 entsprechend (jeweils Leistungsphasen 1 – 8), für den Erweiterungsbau des Schulkinderhauses in Tangstedt. Der Erweiterungsbau soll in Massivbauweise ohne Unterkellerung an das Bestandsgebäude angebunden werden. Der neue Baukörper soll sich in die Umgebung und an das Bestandsgebäude integrieren und kann bis zu 2 Vollgeschosse aufweisen. Es ist gewünscht, den Neubau mit mind. 60% erneuerbarer Energien zu betreiben. Dies kann zum Beispiel in Form von PV-Anlagen sowie Luftwärmepumpen erfolgen.
