Description
Die Oberschule Julius-Brecht-Allee soll zu einem 6-zügigen Oberschulstandort ausgebaut werden. Hierzu werden Umbauten im Bestand erforderlich, aber auch eine Erweiterung bzw. ein Anbau wird notwendig sein. Die Gesamtprojektkosten (KG 200-700) wurden im Rahmen einer ersten Kostenannahme auf ca. 53 Mio. EUR brutto geschätzt.
