Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zhotovení díla s názvem „OBECNÍ DŮM NEVOJICE PŘESTAVBA, NÁSTAVBA, NOVOSTAVBA GARÁŽE“, a to v souladu s projektovou dokumentací a v rozsahu stanoveném v soupisu stavebních prací a výkazu výměr. SO 01 Obecní dům – jedná se o přestavbu 1.nadzemního podlaží pro umístění obecní knihovny, rodinného centra a zázemí pro zaměstnance obce. V navržené nástavbě bude umístěn obecní úřad Nevojic včetně obřadní síně a hygienického zázemí. SO 02 Garáž.
