Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet l’attribution du mandat d’études pluridisciplinaires pour les prestations relatives à l’établissement d’un projet urbain et du plan d’affectation (PA) qui en découle pour le développement de la parcelle n°643 correspondant au secteur En Prélaz à Nyon. Un plan d’aménagement paysager, un concept énergétique et une notice d’impact sur l’environnement sont à inclure dans le dossier du PA.
