Description
Äldreboendet består av två huskroppar innehållande 160 bostadslägenheter med tillhörande gemensamhetsutrymmen, kök, tvättstuga, förråd samt personalutrymme. Gemensamma administrativa funktioner som omfattar exempelvis kontor, sjuksköterskeexpidition, medicintilldelning samt förråd. Äldreboendet skall även innehålla lokaler för hemtjänst och dagverksamhet. Byggnaderna innehåller även skyddsrum samt garage. Till äldreboendet hör komplementsbyggnader såsom växthus och förråd.
