Nursipalu harjutusvälja teede projekteerimise ja ehitustööde omanikujärelevalve teostamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1). Järelevalve lepingu täitmise kavandatav aeg alates lepingu sõlmimisest (eeldatavalt augusti lõpp 2024) ja kestuse periood prognoositud kuni juuli 2025 + 3 aastat garantiiperiood.
