Description
Gebleken is dat bij veel RUG-gebouwen niet voldoende inzichtelijk is waar de brandcompartimentering zich bevindt, met als gevolg dat er niet kan worden voldaan aan de zorgplicht omtrent deze brandwerende scheidingen. Er is reeds een lijst aanwezig met de gebouwen waar het om gaat. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om, aan de hand van rapportages en tekeningen, inzichtelijk te maken hoe de brandcompartimentering en de bijbehorende vluchtwegen volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving ingericht dienen te zijn. Vervolgens dienen de gebouwen te worden geïnspecteerd in hoeverre de feitelijke situatie overeenkomt met de wettelijke eisen.
