La présente consultation a pour objet de retenir une équipe prestataire qui assurera, dans le cadre de la convention relative au Nouveau Programme de Renouvellement Urbain (NPNRU) de Metz Métropole, et à l'échelle du QPV « La Patrotte Metz-Nord » : 1. Une mission d'urbaniste conseil ; 2. Une mission d'assistance à maitrise d'usage ; 3. Une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre des espaces publics. Compétences de l'équipe o Urbanisme (stratégique, opérationnel et réglementaire) o Ecologie urbaine, biodiversité o Paysage o Bâtiment, architecture, habitat o Espaces publics o Études et suivi de travaux d'infrastructures (réseaux et voiries) o Hydrologie, gestion alternative des eaux de pluie o Economie du projet o Modélisation thermique urbaine (compétence non obligatoire mais appréciée) o Mobilité (modes doux, flux) o Éclairage urbain o Concertation des habitants L'urbaniste sera le mandataire obligatoire de chaque équipe constituée.
