Description

Public International Open competition in two phases: Phase A: call for expression of interest Phase B: Call For Binding Tenders for the lease of the right to explore and exploit mining minerals of the Greek state in part of 9.02 km2 of the public mining area of the island of Chios, Municipality of Chios, North Aegean region (hereinafter the tender). After the completion of the first phase of the tender, the second phase of the tender will be followed by the candidates who will be pre-selected in the first phase (eligible Lessees) will submit binding offers following the invitation to submit binding offers (PIDP) that will be approved. The present public mining site was exempted in favor of the state, according to N.D. 4433/1964, by Decision No. CFI rules of procedure 3539/19-3-87 (GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 210 / B / 1987).
