Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Nopon entisen pesulan kiinteistöllä, kiinteistörekisteritunnus on 106-403-21-149, sijaitsevan pilaantuneen maaperän puhdistaminen biologisella in situ -menetelmällä. ST (suunnittele ja toteuta) urakka sisältää mm. toiminnan suunnittelun, pohjavesiputkien asentamisen, näytteenoton, injektointityön, seurannan ja raportoinnin urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisessa laajuudessa siten, että työn lopputulos täyttää sille asetetut vaatimukset. Valittu urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Työmaa toteutetaan vähähiilisenä työmaana.
