Description
Die Mittelschule Abtenau wird in Teilen neu errichtet . Dazu wird das Bestandsgebäude abgebrochen und durch einen Neubau ersetzt. Das rückwärtige, im Osten liegende Bestandsgebäude bleibt bestehen. Das Kellergeschoss und Teile des Erdgeschosses sind in Massivbauweise konzipiert, die Obergeschosse werden als Holzbau ausgeführt. Das Flachdach ist für eine PV-Anlage ausgelegt. Der Bestandsbau wird Minimal ertüchtigt und erforderliche Adaptierungen für den Anschluss an den Neubau durchgeführt.
