Description
Finnish Customs requests offers for NMR instrument and a maintenance agreement for the instrument after the warranty period of one (1) year. One (1) contractual supplier will be selected for the procurement with which Finnish Customs will enter into a procurement and maintenance agreement after the warranty period. The length of maintenance agreement periods is 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 years, a total of 7 years after the end of the one-year (1) warranty period. The Supplier is obligated to extend the maintenance agreement for a minimum of seven (7) years after the end of the warranty period if the Purchaser so wishes regarding instrument. The NMR instrument will be used in the Customs Laboratory. The Supplier will install the Products in the Purchaser’s facilities in Helsinki metropolitan area, Finland. The exact address will be provided at a later stage. The comparison price of the offer may be at most EUR 690,000 (VAT 0%), including an instrument compliant with all the minimum requirements, warranty and one-year annual maintenance.
