Description
FMI har behov for at indgå en rammeaftale på fem år med T-Industries angående Night Vision Equipment (natbriller samt tilhørende udstyr) med henblik på at sikre forsyningssikkerhed og aftaledækning for at understøtte Forsvarets militære oprustning. FMI har adgang til at købe forskellige natbriller under denne aftale samt reservedele og tilhørende udstyr. Der er også adgang til at få vedligeholdelsesservice under aftalen. Nordiske lande såsom Finland, Sverige og Norge kan indtræde i aftalen som "køber". FMI har vurderet, at der er hjemmel til at indgå denne rammeaftale under TEUF art. 346, stk. 1, litra b, da aftalegenstanden har en operativ påtrængende karakter.
