Description
De opdracht betreft nieuwbouw van het sportcomplex De Hoornse Vaart in Alkmaar. De gemeente Alkmaar ontwikkelt een nieuw sportcomplex ter vervanging van het huidige sportcomplex. De opdracht betreft op hoofdlijnen: • Het uitvoeren van de voor de realisatie van het project benodigde ontwerp- en advieswerkzaamheden; • Het realiseren van de nieuwbouw; • Tijdelijke voorzieningen om het bestaande sportcomplex in bedrijf te houden (met name terrein/parkeren) • Sloop huidig sportcomplex; • Terreininrichting; • Onderhoudstermijn en actieve nazorg van 24 maanden; • Optimalisatie energieverbruik over een periode van 24 maanden.
