Brabant Water wil een nieuw te bouwen centraal magazijn inclusief kantoorblok, bouwkundige mezzanine en nieuw verhard buitenterrein realiseren op de locatie van Brabant Water te Veghel. Tijdens de bouwfase dient het huidige bestaande magazijn operationeel te blijven. De realisatie vindt plaats door een integrale bouworganisatievorm in de vorm van een Design & Build contract op basis van de UAV-GC.
