Description

Schoolbesturen Het Sticht en BasisWijk zijn op zoek naar een integraal ontwerpteam voor de nieuwbouw van het kindcentrum (KC) Noorderwaard te Wijk bij Duurstede. Daarvoor wordt een Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure georganiseerd, met eerst een selectiefase en daarna een gunningsfase. Het kindcentrum zal, naar huidige inzichten, een bruto vloeroppervlak (bvo) van ca. 3.000 m² omvatten en worden gerealiseerd als een gedeeltelijk tweelaags gebouw
