Meerlanden Holding N.V. voert namens opdrachtgever MeerVAB B.V. een marktconsultatie uit als voorbereiding op de nieuwbouw van de grondstoffenhal in Voorhout. Het doel van de marktconsultatie is tweeledig: Opdrachtgever wil de markt informeren over de ins- en outs met betrekking tot de Nieuwbouw Grondstoffenhal MeerVAB, anderzijds staat Opdrachtgever open voor suggesties vanuit de markt. Opdrachtgever is voornemens om het contract via een Europese aanbesteding op de markt te zetten. Door middel van deze marktconsultatie nodigt opdrachtgever marktpartijen uit voor een goede voorbereiding van de uitvraag.
