Het MUMC+ is voornemens om het werk van nieuwbouwproject Entreegebouw aan te besteden. De aanbesteding geschiedt volgens openbare procedure conform de Europese richtlijn voor overheidsopdrachten 2014/24/EU en de daaruit voortvloeiende "Aanbestedingswet 2012" van 1 juli 2016 en Aanbestedingsreglement Werken 2016. Het plafondbedrag bedraagt €66.000.000,-
