Gegenstand des Auftrages ist die gastronomische Bewirtschaftung (Catering) der beiden Kliniken FÜRSTENHOF KLINIK in Bad Pyrmont und LANDGRAFEN KLINIK in Bad Nenndorf. Eine ausführliche Auflistung der jeweils überlassenen Räumlichkeiten und die detaillierten Anforderungen an die Cateringleistungen können Sie den beigefügten Vertragsentwürfen und seinen Anlagen sowie den Leistungsbeschreibungen entnehmen. Es erfolgt eine Aufteilung der Cateringleistungen in 2 Lose. Eine Angebotsabgabe ist auf nur ein Los wie auch auf beide/alle Lose zulässig. Los 1 - Standort Bad Pyrmont: - FÜRSTENHOF KLINIK - Cafeteria des Gesundheitszentrum KÖNIGIN-LUISE-BAD Los 2 - Standort Bad Nenndorf - LANDGRAFEN KLINIK (einschl. Gästehaus Edelweiss) - Cafeteria LANDGRAFEN KLINIK Besonderheiten der Standorte und Lose: In Bad Pyrmont (Los 1) soll darüber hinaus die Cafeteria im Gesundheitszentrum KÖNIGIN-LUISE-BAD auf Grundlage eines Pachtvertrages (Anlage F) bewirtschaftet werden. In Bad Nenndorf (Los 2) soll zusätzlich die in der LANDGRAFEN KLINIK gelegene Cafeteria auf Grundlage eines Pachtvertrages (Anlage G) bewirtschaftet werden.
