Nichtoffener Realisierungswettbewerb für die Gebäudeplanung zum Neubau eines Stadtteilhauses mit vier unterschiedlichen öffentlichen Nutzungen (Stadtteilbibliothek, Freizeitzentrum, Bürgerservicebüro, Familienhilfe). Geplant werden sollen auch die zugehörigen Freianlagen für das Freizeitzentrum. BGF ca. 2.400 m², Freifläche ca. 1.700 m².
