Description

The HRA Biogas Facility has been in operation since 2005. The existing pre-treatment line 2 from 2014 is the main pre-treatment line in operation. HRA receives organic waste from households and organic waste from private companies, mainly from shops, shopping centres and from the food and beverage industry. HRA Biogas Facility is certified for the treatment of organic waste Cat 3, in accordance with Waste Directive 1069/2009 'Regulations for Animal By-Products'. The scope of the procurement is expansion of the existing facility for organic waste pre-treatment and waste treatment facility. The value of the procurement is calculated to NOK 10 million excluding VAT. Sales tax. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. In accordance with the regulations §7-9 (4), this acquisition is considered to provide a clearly better climate and environmental effect by having climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specification.
