Description

Smøla municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a turnkey contract for the execution of "New care homes Straumen". Straumen Care Homes shall be constructed as an expansion of the nursing home at Straumen. The building shall contain 24 flats, a large common area with a kitchen and living room and various rooms for various activities. The project consists of 2 different types of care homes; 16 flats for caring users and 8 ordinary flats. Site inspection (outside the nursing home at Straumen, Smøla) 10.04.2024, 11:00.
