Description
Ulstein municipality c/o Ulstein Eigedomsselskap (UEKF) shall construct new independent care homes with 24 hour services and co-localised office facilities for Health and Care Services, Drugs and Psychiatry and the Home Care Service. The area shall have common work places, reception/waiting rooms, meeting rooms, quiet rooms, changing rooms etc. A contract shall be signed with a Turnkey contractor, who shall carry out the project in accordance with the competition documents.
