Der Zweckverband Lausitzer Seenland Brandenburg beabsichtigt, Planungsleistungen für Freianlagen sowie Planungsleistungen für Technische Anlagen zu vergeben. Gegenstand der Planung ist die Neugestaltung der Uferpromenaden an drei Standorten des Senftenberger Sees: Großkoschen, Niemtsch, Buchwalde.
