Description
VR-M010.2.1/VR4. Die Straße NJ wird zu einem verkehrsberuhigten Geschäftsbereich umgebaut. Der MIV wird als Einbahnstr. von der Esplanade Richtung Süden geführt, der Radverkehr im Mischverkehr in beide Richtungen auf der Straße. Aufgrund der besonderen Innenstadtlage wird es eine aufwendige Staudenpepflanzung unter der 2. Baumreihe in der alsterseitigen Nebenfläche geben. U.a. das extra gegründete BID finanziert eine höherwertige Ausführung.
