Description
Der Landkreis Augsburg nutzt seit einigen Jahren für seine IT-Versorgung eine WAN-Infrastruktur für die Bereiche: der Verwaltungsstandorte des Landkreises der Schulen des Landkreises Anbindung eines externen Ersatzrechenzentrums Das Netz wurde zuletzt 2019 überarbeitet und grundsätzlich mit folgenden Leistungen ausgestattet: Ausgestaltung als MPLS-Netz Einrichtung und Nutzung mit einem Quality of Service mit 4 Klassen Erschließung nahezu aller Standorte mit Glasfaserverbindungen Einführung einer Regelbandbreite von 100 Mbit/s Die gesamte Netzinfrastruktur soll als ein Gewerk neu ausgeschrieben werden. Dabei sollen folgende Ziele realisiert werden: Beibehaltung der sehr hohen Netzstabilität und Netzverfügbarkeit Integration der beiden RZ-Standorte Optimierung der Leistungs- / Kostenrelation
