Description

Der Rat der Gemeinde Schermbeck hat bereits 2019 die Bildung eines zentralen Grundschulstandortes an der Weseler Straße beschlossen. Hierzu soll der Neubau einer 5-zügigen Grundschule mit Sporthalle inkl. Schulhofgestaltung erfolgen. Der vorhandene Altbestand auf dem Grundstück ist nicht Teil des Auftrags. Der Kostenrahmen für die Außenanlagen wurde auf 1.632.743,50 Euro netto (KG 500 nach DIN 276:2018) festgelegt. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die für die Umsetzung der Gesamtmaßnahme erforderlichen Leistungen der Objektplanung für Freianlagen für die LP 1 -9. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen.
