NEUBAU SCHULZENTRUM LÄRCHE Das Planerteam, hervorgegangen aus einem Projektwettbewerb im 2024, soll mit weiteren Fachplanern basierend auf dieser Ausschreibung komplettiert werden, sodass die Erarbeitung des Vorprojekts ab September 2025 angegangen werden kann. Es sind die Leistungen der SIA-Phasen 3-5 von BKP 291.1 Bauleitung / Kostenmanagement (40.5% TL n. SIA 102), BKP 292.1 Bauingenieur Massivbau (100% TL n. SIA 103) sowie BKP 293 Elektro-Ingenieur (100% TL n. SIA 108) zu erbringen.
