Description

Das Gebäude erstreckt sich vom 2.UG bis ins 4.OG. In den Untergeschossen befinden sich Turnhalle, Garderoben, Technik- und Nebenräume. Vom EG bis ins 4.OG sind Schul-, Gruppen- und Mehrzweckräume angeordnet. Die Gebäudeautomation regelt die Heizung mit Fernwärme, die Kälte mit der Kältemaschine und drei Lüftungsanlagen. Diverse Raumgruppen werden variabel und bedarfsgerecht durch die Raumautomation reguliert. Ein Gebäudeleitsystem dient zum Anpassen von Parameter und zur Visualisierung.
