Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine PR-Fassade für Realschule (2.700 m²) und FOS (2.416 m²). Zur Ausführung kommen großformatige, bandartige Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden mit Festverglasungen und Einsatzelementen, als wärmegedämmte, selbsttragende Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade mit Holz-Tragprofilen und Aluminium-Deckschalen. Einsatzelemente in den PR-Fassaden: - Holz-Alu-Drehflügel als Brüstungs- oder bodentiefe Fenster; - Holz-Alu-Außentüren, verglast; - Alu-Außentüren, überwiegend verglast, Einzelfall mit Vollblatt; - Lamellenfenster, mit motorisch betriebene Lüftungslamellen; - Sandwich-Paneele für die Lüftungsgeräte, mit Lüftungsabdeckungen; - Aluminium-Paneele als Blindpaneele. Im LV enthalten weiterhin: - Alu-Außentür - Elemente direkt in Außenwandöffnungen eingebaut; - sämtliche Verglasungsarbeiten für die PR-Fassade; - Sockel- und Fensterbleche, die in direktem Kontakt mit den Fassaden stehen; - Dämm- und Abdichtungsarbeiten in Sockelbereichen der Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden.
