Description
Der ausgeschriebene Auftrag beinhaltet Holz-Rohbauarbeiten für die beiden Schulen auf dem Schulcampus Deisenhofen bei München mit jeweils etwa 12.000 m2 bzw. 13.500 m2 BGF in Holz-Hybridbauweise. Der Holzbau umfasst dabei die Geschosse EG bis 2. OG und die Dachkonstruktion. Folgende Systeme sind im LV enthalten: - Innenwände aus Brettsperrholz und Außenwände als Holzrahmenbau - Holzbetonverbunddecken als Brettstapeldecken mit Aufbeton und Rippendecken mit Aufbeton - Sparrendächer mit einer Schalung aus Brettsperrholz - vorgehängte Holzfassaden - Tragkonstruktion der Balkone - zugehörige Gerüstbauarbeiten
