Description

Die Landeshauptstadt Mainz plant einen Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte (Kita) an der Watfordstraße 30 in 55122 Mainz auf der Grundlage der bereits 5 fertiggestellten Baukastenkitas in Holzbauweise. Die neue Kita soll mit einer BGF von ca. 1386 m2 gebaut werden. Insgesamt soll die Kita Platz für ca. 104 Kinder und 24 Mitarbeiter bieten. Darüber hinaus soll in die Kita eine Frischküche und eine Unterkellerung für die haustechnischen Gewerke integriert werden. Für den Bau der Baukasten Kita wird ein Planungsbüro für die Gewerke Elektroinstallation (KG 440 + 450) und Aufzug (KG 460), für die Leistungsphasen 1-3 und 5-9 nach HOAI 2021 gesucht.
