Die bebaute Fläche istaufgeteiltin Kinderkrippe (17 x 24 m) und Kindergarten(16,50 x 46 m).Die Gebäudeteilewerden durch einenerdgeschossigen Zwischenbau verbunden.Der Kindergarten wird als3-geschossiger (EG,OG, DG) Massiv-, die Kinderkrippe als1-geschossiger Holzbauerstellt.Die Kinderkrippe erhält ein Satteldach, derKindergarten ein nach Südengeneigtes Pultdach.Beide Gebäudeteile erhalten einStehfalz-Blechdach.
